Halcyon Hot Springs
Surrounded by spectacular alpine peaks, crystal-blue lakes, rivers and streams, an abundance of wildlife, and a magical legend, Halcyon Hot Springs is a place of recreation and wellness. Halcyon Hot Springs is located on Highway #23, just north of Nakusp on the Arrow Lakes. The ferry ride on route is both spectacular and free. Summer or winter, there is a lot to enjoy. The hot pool averages 107°F (41°C), warm pool 95°F (35°C), and the cold pool and children's pool 85°F (29°C). The Halcyon Hot Springs Resort offers 1 & 2 bedroom chalets, camping cabins, 30 fully serviced RV sites, RV sani-dump, propane services, and camping area. The Visitor Center includes a licensed bistro, gift shop, laundromat, and change rooms. There are extensive walking and hiking trails, horseback riding, a boat launch, fishing, swimming, and ATV packages available during the summer months. In the winter, you can enjoy superb snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Alpine and heli-skiing are nearby.
