The focus at Lovitt is on regional, seasonal cuisine and wines and brews. We buy from local purveyors as much as possible, frequent local
farmers’ markets, and we are growing our own herbs. The beef is grass fed and is locally grown, as is the poultry, lamb & pork. Seafood comes from local fisherman with boats in Alaska. All the cooking - sauces, dressings, breads, pastries, ice cream - is done in Lovitt’s kitchen. There is always a vegetarian choice on the menu, and vegan dishes will be prepared as ordered. Our emphasis is always on excellent ingredients skillfully prepared. Lovitt is installed in a 1908 farmhouse, newly on the Washington State Register of Historic Places. From its dining rooms and its Queen Anne veranda one overlooks the agrarian riches of the Colville Valley. Its parlors have become the four small dining rooms that seat 34 diners. When the seasons and weather permit, there is generous seating outdoors with a view as pleasurable as the food
