Let your imagination bring the story of an ambitious early mining company to life as you stroll through the graceful ruins of the mine manager's residence, the powerhouse, the tipple, the washery and the coke ovens. This mine was operated by the only completely Canadian company in the Crowsnest Pass. Take time for a picnic in this picturesque historic setting with its spectacular Rocky Mountain backdrop. From May to September, you can also join a guide for a tour of this sophisticated early 20th century coal operation. Education programs, interpretive programs and special events highlight the boom days of Crowsnest Pass mining.
